A ladder could be just a ladder. When you think of a ladder, would you think of build or construct? To someone else a ladder could lead you to a whole other world. To a small child the ladder is leading them into that HUGE, tall adobe building they have been longing to see, what's inside. Finally taking those first steps down into the unknown. Then stepping onto the warm dirt with their bare feet. Waiting so patiently for something exciting to happen. For someone who is older the ladder is leading them into the unknown descents of their people. Knowing everyday is a day to learn.
